摘  要:制备了基于多巴胺修饰的氧化石墨烯涂层搅拌棒,对粮食作物中的痕量黄曲霉毒素进行萃取,并结合高效液相色谱法-荧光检测器对其进行测定。通过对衍生条件(衍生试剂浓度和衍生温度)和搅拌棒吸附萃取条件(萃取温度、搅拌速度、萃取时间、离子强度和解吸时间)进行优化,结果表明,黄曲霉毒素B1和黄曲霉毒素G1在0.25~8.0 ng/m L、黄曲霉毒素B2和黄曲霉毒素G2在0.13~8.0 ng/m L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数在0.9987~0.9993,检测限为31~63 ng/kg,平均回收率为82.8%~95.1%,RSD小于4.1%。方法可为食品中痕量黄曲霉毒素的提取、富集及检测提供了一种有效的分析手段。A method has been established for the detection of trace aflatoxins (AFs) in grain by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector based on dopamine -modified graphene oxide coated stir bar sorptive extraction. The derivatization conditions (derivatization reagent concentration and derivatization temperature) and the influencing factors on stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) (extraction temperature, stirring rate, extraction time, ionic strength and desorption time) were optimized, respectively. The results showed that the good linearity was found from 0. 25 to 8.0 ng/mL for AFB1 and AFG1, and from 0.13 to 8.0 ng/mL for AFB2 and AFG2, respectively The correlation coefficients ranged from 0.9987 to 0. 9993 and the limits of detection (LODs) of four AFs were 31 - 63 ng/kg. The average recoveries were 82. 8% -95. 1% with relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 4.1% (n = 5 ). The method is simple, sensitive, reproducible, and can provide an effective analytical method for the extraction, concentration and detection of trace AFs in foods.
