摘 要:食品行业的发展事关人民生活水平和国民经济发展基础,受到国家和社会的广泛关注,而在市场经济条件下行业的盈利能力情况对行业发展配置具有引领性作用。选取中国食品行业2011—2017年相关指标项数据,通过建立因子分析模型对食品行业盈利能力的影响因素进行定量考察及客观评价的实证分析,以此考察食品行业在盈利能力方面存在的优劣势,考察影响食品行业盈利能力影响因素及其作用力,为中国食品行业盈利能力提升与优化提供有效和实用的参考。The development of the food industry was related to the living standard of the people and the foundation of the national economic development. It was widely concerned, and the profitability of the industry had a leading role in the development of the industry. The relevant index data of the food industry from 2011 to 2017 was selects. By establishing the factor analysis model, an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of the profitability of the food industry was made, also for investigating the advantages and disadvantages of the food industry in the aspect of profitability. The factors could provide effective and practical references for improving and optimizing the profitability of China's food industry.
