摘  要:针对内蒙古自治区70周年大庆开幕式呼和浩特市主会场天气过程演变形势特征,通过地面常规气象观测资料、NCEP-FNL再分析资料、卫星云图、雷达基数据、地面加密自动站资料等对2017年8月8日呼和浩特市午后,开幕式前降水过程的成因进行了分析,结果表明:呼和浩特市受500 hPa高空槽影响,同时地面存在辐合线抬升作用,低层暖平流,高层冷平流,上干冷下暖湿,存在对流不稳定能量。另外,700 hPa存在明显湿区,水汽条件较好,使得对流云团在11:00开始发展并影响呼和浩特市北部,并伴有雷雨大风等强对流天气。强降水时间主要集中在12:00—14:00,最大雨强在12:00—13:00,16:00后市区降水趋于结束,其中呼和浩特站6 h降水量为28.7 mm,最大雨强为12.9 mm/h。For the characteristics of the weather process evolution of the main venue of Hohhot City in the opening ceremony of the 70th anniversary cele- bration of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the cause of the precipitation process between after noon and the opening ceremony was analyzed through the ground conventional meteorological observation data, NCEP-FNL reanalysis data, satellite cloud map, radar base data and ground encryption automatic station data in Hohhot On August 8th, 2017. The results showed that: Hohhot was affected by the 500 hPa high-alti- tude trough, and there were convergence lines uplift on the ground, low-level warm advection, high-rise cold advec- tion, and dry and cold at the upper lev- el, wet and warm at the lower level, and there was convective instability energy. In addition, 700 hPa had obvious wet areas and good water vapor conditions, which made the convective cloud cluster develop at 11:00 and affect the northern part of Hohhot, accompanied by strong convective weather such as thunder- storms and strong winds. The heavy pre- cipitation time was mainly concentrated from 12:00 to 14:00, and the maximum rain intensity was between 12:00 and 13:00. After 16:00, the urban precipi- tation tended to end. The precipitation of Hohhot Station was 28.7 mm in 6 hours, and the maximum rain intensity was 12.9 mm/h.
