摘 要:基于学生视角采用质性研究方法对全日制研究生学业成就影响因素进行研究。运用深度个别访谈和主轴编码的手段收集与分析资料。通过质性研究发现:首先,读研动机将显著影响研究生学业成就,即成就动机越强,学业成就越好。其次,导师指导和同伴效应都是影响研究生学业成就的主要因素。同时,学生本人越努力学业成就越好,家庭经济保障亦是学业成就的前提条件。以上因素共同作用于研究生的学业成就。本文认为分析研究生学业成就影响因素,有利于正确引导学生,有针对性地制定相关政策,提高研究生的学业成就和研究生人才培养质量,为研究生教育改革提供可行性的政策建议。Factors that underlie the academic achievement of full-time graduate students were analyzed and studied via qualitative research from the perspective of students. After collecting and analyzing materials through in-depth individual interviews,based on qualitative research,it was found that there was a huge disparity in learning achievement among graduate students with different learning motivations. Those with stronger achievement motivations usually have better academic performance. Besides,the guidance of their instructors and influence from their peers are also major reasons for learning accomplishment. In addition,the study also showed that the learning achievement positively correlates with the degree of individual effort,and a good household financial situation is a prerequisite of maintaining such attainment. In fact,multiple factors can affect a graduate's achievement. Consequently,if we can correctly and effectively direct those factors,display their superiority and establish targeted policies,the academic achievement of graduates and quality of cultivating intellectuals will be greatly enhanced. Furthermore,some constructional suggestions were also proposed to propel graduate student teaching reform.
