摘 要:目的研究康复医疗与特殊教育统和实施治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的预后和智力恢复情况。方法 80例脑性瘫痪患儿,根据红蓝球分组法分为对照组(红球)和观察组(蓝球),各40例。对照组应用常规教育,观察组应用康复医疗与特殊教育统和实施治疗。比较两组患儿干预前后智力评分、生活能力评分及康复效果。结果干预前,两组患儿智力评分、生活能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患儿智力评分、生活能力评分优于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患儿的智力评分、生活能力评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿康复总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复医疗与特殊教育统和实施应用在小儿脑性瘫痪的治疗中有助于患儿智力和生活能力恢复,预后效果好。Objective To research the prognosis and intelligence recovery of rehabilitation therapy and special education unification implementation in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 80 children with cerebral palsy were divided into control group (red ball) and observation group (blue ball) according to the red and blue ball grouping method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional education, the observation group was given rehabilitation therapy and special education unification implementation therapy. The intelligence score and life ability score before and after intervention, and the rehabilitation effect between the the two groups were compared. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the intelligence score and life ability score between the two groups (P〉0.05). After intervention, the intelligence score and life ability score of the two groups were significantly better than those before intervention, and the intell!gence score and life ability score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈O.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%, which was significantly higher than 70.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of rehabilitation therapy and special education unification implementation in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy is helpful for the recovery of intelligence and life ability of children, and the prognosis is good.
