摘　　要：目的分析ABO血型与化疗后血小板减少症(CIT)的相关性。方法收集2014年1月-2016年7月于福建省立医院行术后辅助化疗的Ⅱ、Ⅲ期结肠癌患者128例,比较不同患者CIT的发生率,分析ABO血型与CIT的关系。结果 AB血型患者CIT发生率明显高于血型A、B和O型,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,AB血型和CIT的关系独立于其他研究变量(P=0.006,OR=0.117,95%CI 0.025~0.548)。结论 ABO血型与CIT间存在相关性,AB血型可作为CIT发生的可能危险因素之一。Objective To analyze the relationgship of ABO blood group to chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia（ CIT）. Methods 128 cases of patients with stageⅡ、Ⅲcolon cancer from January 2014 to July 2016 in Fujian provincial hospital,the incidence of CIT in different patients was compared,and the relationship between ABO blood type and CIT was analyzed. Results The incidence of CIT in patients with AB blood type was significantly higher than that in blood group A,B and O,and the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Logistic regression analysis showed that the relationship between AB blood type and CIT was independent of other study variables（ P = 0. 006,OR = 0. 117,95% CI 0. 025-0. 548）. Conclusion There is a correlation between ABO blood type and CIT,and AB blood type can be one of the possible risk factors for CIT.
