纳米薄膜在纯钛烤瓷冠中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察Ti O2-Si O2-Sn Ox纳米薄膜在纯钛烤瓷冠中的临床应用效果。方法选择口腔科行冠修复的患者325例(478颗),其中常规纯钛烤瓷冠239颗为对照组,以纳米薄膜作为钛瓷中间层的纯钛烤瓷冠239颗为试验组。随访2年,比较2组修复体的完整性和牙龈健康状况。结果试验组失访12颗,有效牙冠227颗;对照组失访9颗,有效牙冠230颗。试验组烤瓷冠成功率高于对照组,崩瓷率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组牙龈健康率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.200,P>0.05)。结论 Ti O2-Si O2-Sn Ox纳米薄膜可以有效降低钛烤瓷冠的崩瓷率,且对牙龈健康无明显影响。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ti O2-Si O2-Sn Oxnano-coatings on titanium-ceramic crowns.Methods 325 patients（ 478） were selected for repair in the dental department,among them,239 pieces of conventional pure titanium porcelain crown were used as the control group,and 239 pieces of pure titanium porcelain crown with nano film as the intermediate layer of titanium porcelain were used as the test group. After 2 years of follow-up,the integrity of the two groups of restorations and the health of the gums were compared. Results The experimental group lost 12 visits and 227 effective crowns; the control group lost 9 of them and the effective crown was 230. The success rate of porcelain crown in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the rate of porcelain collapse was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the health rate of the gingiva between the two groups（ χ2= 0. 200,P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion Ti O2-Si O2-Sn Oxnano-coatings can effectively reduce the porcelain fracture rate of titanium-ceramic crowns,but there was no significant difference when compared to porcelain fused titanium crowns without nano-coatings on the gingival.
