脑机接口技术应用的伦理问题分析

摘　　要：脑机接口技术应用范围越来越广,涉及到医疗康复、休闲娱乐、智能家居、工厂作业、军事科学等领域。脑机接口技术的广泛应用可能产生新的伦理问题,包括人身安全、隐私、自主性、责任承担等。将脑机接口技术分为治疗型脑机接口技术和服务型脑机接口技术,根据脑机接口技术的这一分类,探讨应分别遵循的伦理原则,治疗型脑机接口技术应遵循的伦理原则包括:知情同意原则、自主性原则、有利原则、隐私保护原则;服务型脑机接口技术应遵循的伦理原则包括:自主性原则、不伤害原则、隐私保护原则和责任担当原则。The application scope of brain-computer interface （BCI）technology is more and more widely, which covers medical rehabilitation, leisure and entertainment, smart home, factory homework, military science and other fields. The widespread use of BCI technology causes new ethical issues, including personal safety, privacy, autonomy, responsibility and so on. The BCI technology can be divided into therapeutic BCI technology and service BCI technology. According to the classification of BCI technology, the ethical principles that should be followed are discussed. The ethical principles of therapeutic BCI technology include principles of informed consent, autonomy, beneficence, and privacy protection, while ethical principles of service BCI technology are principles of autonomy, do-no-harm, privacy protection and responsibility.
