摘 要:脑深部电刺激术(DBS)是治疗运动障碍性疾病的有效方法。随着DBS在临床上的推广,以及电刺激+电生理记录在脑功能研究方面的逐渐深入,同时向颅内多个不同靶点植入电极,让植入电极的不同触点能够接触到多个目标核团(功能区),有助于提高DBS的临床疗效,而多神经元群联合电生理记录也将获得比单神经元电生理记录更多的有用信息。本文就目前多靶点联合DBS与电生理记录的应用研究进展进行简要综述。Deep brain stimulation (DBS) is an effective method to treat motor disorders and a powerful tool to study brain function. With the spread of DBS in clinical practice and the development of electrical stimulation and electrical recording in brain function, it's clear that implanting electrodes at different targets in the brain or allowing different contacts of implanted electrodes reaching multiple target nuclei and functional areas can improve the clinical efficacy of DBS; and more useful information than single neuronal electrophysiological records will also be obtained by the combination of multiple neuronal electrophysiological records. In this paper, the application of multitarget DBS and electrophysiological records is briefly reviewed.
