摘  要:采用乙醇回流提取法,以芦丁作为对照品,以提取物中黄酮含量为指标,设计提取方法的单因素实验和正交实验。采用D101大孔树脂和聚酰胺树脂联用进行初步纯化,得到川楝子黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:液料比35∶1,乙醇浓度70%,回流时间3.5 h,重复回流3次。在此工艺下,提取率为0.585%,提取物黄酮含量提高到20.3%。本文采用环保和经济的乙醇提取方法、大孔树脂纯化法,具有重复性好、操作便捷、可大量操作的特点。Using the ethanol reflux extraction method and using the rutin as a control, to extract the content of flavonoids as the index, design the extraction method of single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The D101 macroporous resin and polyamide resin were used for the initial purification, the best extraction process of toosendan fruit flavonoids was: liquid material ratio 35 ∶ 1, ethanol concentration 70%, reflux time 3.5 h, repeat reflux 3 times, under this process, the extraction rate was 0.585%. Purification results: The content of flavonoids in extracts increased to 20.3%. In this paper, environmental protection and economic ethanol extraction method, macroporous resin purification method, with good repeatability, easy to operate, can be a large number of operating characteristics.
