精神科开放病房的管理

摘　　要：对精神科病房实行开放式管理,体现了以患者为中心的人性化管理,为患者提供接近于日常生活的康复环境,提高了治疗的依从性和有效性。精神科开放病房的管理也有利于患者社会功能的康复。精神科开放病房在严格依法管理,尊重患者权利的同时,采用整合医疗模式,从生物学、心理学、社会学多角度综合诊疗。同时,要改进与完善管理制度,保障开放病房的安全,主要是健康宣教、告知义务、外出登记、评估、留陪护。The open management of psychological ward reflects the management of humanity to the patient as the center. That can provide rehabilitation environment close to the daily life of the patients and improve the compliance and effectiveness of treatment. The open management of psychological ward is conducive to social function rehabilitation. Department of psychological ward is strict according to law, respects for patients rights and adopts integrated medical model which is from the perspective of biology, sociology and psychology. At the same time, we should improve and perfect the management system, to ensure the safety of open ward, mainly including health education, obligation to inform, going out to register, evaluation and staying with the escort.
