摘  要:目的建立不完全消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法快速测定铁皮石斛中Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Pb、Cd。方法铁皮石斛样品经硝酸不完全消解后,样品中的被测元素以离子状态存在于消解液中。通过优化电感耦合等离子体质谱仪工作参数,以~6Li、^(45)Sc、^(89)Y、^(115)In、^(209)Bi为内标溶液消除基体干扰,以碰撞反应池技术测定Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Pb、Cd的含量。结果 9种重金属元素的标准曲线线性范围内相关系数在0.999 2~0.999 7,检出限在0.001 4 mg/kg^0.74 mg/kg,加标回收率在86.0%~108.0%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~7.4%。利用本方法对茶叶标准物质(GBW10016)进行了测定分析,分析结果与标准值基本一致。结论本方法具有良好的精密度和准确性,适用于铁皮石斛中多元素的检测。Objective To establish a method of incomplete digestion-inductive coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS)to determine Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Pb and Cd in Dendrobium officinale. Methods After being incompletely digested by HNO3,the elements in the sample were present in the digested solution in an ionic state. To optimize the working parameters of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer,eliminate matrix interference,and measure the contents of Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Pb and Cd by collision cell technology,with6Li,45Sc,89Y,115In,209Bi as internal standard solution. Results The linear correlation coefficients for all the 9 elements were within 0. 999 2-0. 999 7,the determination limits were within0. 001 4 mg/kg-0. 74 mg/kg,the relative standard deviations( RSDs) were less than 7. 2%,and the recoveries of the method were within 86. 0%-108. 0%,the relative standard deviations were within 1. 4%-7. 4%. The established method was used to determine the certified reference material of tea( GBW10016),and the giving results were in consistency with the certified values. Conclusion The established method was precisive and accurate,and it could be applied to multi-elements detection in Dendrobium officinale.
