摘　　要：十三届全国人大一次会议高票通过《中华人民共和国宪法修正案》,赋予监察委宪法地位,健全了党和国家监督体系,实现了中国共产党制度反腐向依法反腐的历史性跨越,确保我们党反腐败斗争取得压倒性胜利,为世界各国反腐斗争提供了中国方案。监察委强化反腐职能,必须在党的全面领导下开展反腐败斗争,必须全方位搞好自身建设,必须明确宪法赋予的责任、使命和担当。The first session of the 13 th National People＇s Congress passed The Amendment of the Constitution of the People＇s Republic of China, with a large margin of vote, which endowed the supervisory committee with the constitutional status. This action improved the party and the state supervision system, realizing the historical leaps and bounds of the anti-corruption of the CPC on the legislative level, ensuring the overwhelming victory of our party＇s anti-corruption struggle, as well as affording the Chinese version of anti-corruption to the world-wide countries. To strengthen the anti-corruption function, the supervision committee must combat against corruption under the overall leadership of the party and improve overall self-construction. It will also be clear the responsibilities and missions given by the constitution.
