摘  要:研究动态超高压微射流技术对蔓三七叶中黄酮得率的影响。以单因素实验为基础,选取乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间、动态超高压微射流均质压力为主要因素,通过正交实验法优化蔓三七叶中黄酮的提取工艺。经正交实验法优化后,蔓三七叶中黄酮提取的工艺条件为乙醇浓度80%、提取温度65℃、提取时间2.0 h、微射流均质压力80 MPa、微射流均质次数2次、液料比15:1(m L:g)、提取次数2次。此时,蔓三七叶黄酮的得率为1.95%。The effect of dynamic high-pressure microfluidization treatment on the yield of Gynura procumbens leaves flavonoids were studied in this paper. Based on the experiment of single factor and orthogonal test were used to optimize the extraction processing parameters and investigate the effects of the following four factors on extraction rate of flavonoids: dynamic high-pressure microfluidization retreatment pressure, ethanol concentration, extraction temperature and extraction time. The optimal extraction processing parameters were microfluidization pressure 80 MPa, aqueous ethanol concentration 80%, extraction temperature 70 ℃ and extraction time 2.0 h. Under these conditions the yield of flavonoids was 1.95%.
