摘　　要：青蛙(蟾蜍)经口腔一步法毁脑毁脊髓是经口腔颅骨底面中央部位的蝶筛骨下方进针,脑脊髓穿刺法,与目前教学常规所用经体表背部脑脊髓穿刺法相比,进针部位不同,体表定位标志明显,操作流程简单,节省时间,对初学者来说更易掌握,成功率接近100%。此方法适合各种规格的青蛙(蟾蜍),甚至对采用常规方法失败的青蛙(蟾蜍),选用此方法仍然可以穿刺成功,是一种值得在教学中推广运用的新方法。The frog（toads） destroys the spinal cord in one step through the oral cavity. The method is to enter needles under the sphenoid ethmoid at the central part of the base of the oral skull, compared with the present teaching routine, the method of surface spinal cord puncture is used. different needle position,obvious sign of body surface,simple operation process,save time,it＇s easier for beginners to master,the success rate is close to 100%.This method is suitable for all kinds of frogs（toads）,even frogs（toads） failed by,this method can still be successful. conventional methods. it is a new method worthy of popularization and application in teaching.
