摘 要:目的:探讨广金钱草总黄酮对大鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤的分子保护作用。方法:大鼠25只分5组,观察广金钱草总黄酮对大鼠离体心脏缺血/再灌注血流动力学、心肌梗死程度、冠脉流出液中LDH含量的影响。结果:不同浓度的广金钱草总黄酮能够改善缺血缺氧引起的血流动力学改变,减轻因缺血/再灌注造成的心肌损伤,有统计学差异(P<0.05);离体心脏停灌前,采取广金钱草总黄酮进行预处理,和A组比较,可以调节心肌formazan含量,降低心肌梗死面积,有统计学差异(P<0.05);离体心脏停灌前,采取广金钱草总黄酮进行预处理,和A组比较,可以降低心肌冠脉流出液中LDH的含量,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:广金钱草总黄酮对大鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤有较好的分子保护作用,可以减轻因缺血/再灌注造成的心肌损伤,调节心肌formazan含量,降低心肌梗死面积,降低心肌冠脉流出液中LDH的含量。objective: To explore the molecular protection for in vitro cardiac ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats by Guangjinqiancao total flavonoids. Methods: 25 rat randomly divided into 5 group, the influence on Guangjinqiancao total flavonoids of rats in vitro cardiac hemodynamic ischemia reperfusion, the degree of myocardial infarction, the effect of LDH content were observed. Results: Different concentrations of Guangjinqiancao total flavonoids could improve ischemia hypoxia caused by hemodynamic change and reduce the myocardial injury caused by ischemia/reperfusion(P〈 0.05); The formazan were better than group A processed by Guangjinqiancao total flavonoids before in vitro heart stop pouring(P 〈0.05); The LDH were lower than group A processed by Guangjinqiancao total flavonoids before in vitro heart stop pouring(P〈 0.05). Conclusion: It has good molecular protection for in vitro cardiac ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats by Guangjinqiancao total flavonoids, it can improve the formazan, reduce the myocardial infarction area, reduce the LDH of myocardial coronary effluent.
