基于全日制与非全日制招生并轨机制下非全日制研究生思想政治教育探析

摘　　要：全日制和非全日制研究生纳入统一招生,要求坚持统一标准,保证同等质量.非全日制研究生学习形式灵活,思想呈现特殊和复杂性,面对招生并轨机制这一新形势需要切实加强非全日制研究生的思想政治教育.可以充分发挥思想政治理论课的主导作用、导师第一责任人作用、辅导员的统筹协调作用、研究生组织的参与作用和新媒体的优势,五位一体地提高非全日制研究生的思想政治素质.Full-time and part-time graduate students enrolled in a unified system, requiring adherence to uniform standards and ensure the same quality. Part-time graduate students are flexible in learning with special and complex ideas. However, with the consolidation of thinking and the new situation in the mechanism of enrollment and unification, it is necessary to strengthen the ideological and political education for part-time graduate students.The leading role of the ideological and political theory class, the role of supervisors, the co-ordination of counselors, the role of postgraduate organizations and the advantages of new media, should be performed in order to improve the ideological and political qualities of part-time postgraduates.
