助理辅导员在新生适应性教育中的作用研究——以皖南医学院为例

摘　　要：新生们来到大学后,能否快速地适应大学生活对于他们今后乃至未来的发展都非常重要,所以高校十分重视新生的心理适应性教育.皖南医学院药学院助理辅导员制度已经实施多年,研究对助理辅导员在新生心理适应性教育中的作用进行了调查分析,结果显示,助理辅导员帮助了98%的新生更好更快地适应大学生活,尤其表现在学业指导、生活导向、人际关系建立等方面.助理辅导员制度对新生入校后的心理适应性教育有着非常积极的引导作用.The adaptation of freshmen on entering the university is crucial to their college life. Therefore, the freshmen＇s psychological adaptability education is an important issue. The assistant counselor system in Wannan Medical College has been implemented for many years. This paper conducts an investigation and analysis of the role of assistant counselors in freshmen＇s psychological adaption education. The results show that： Assistant counselors help 98% of freshmen better and faster to adapt to their university life, especially in the academic guidance, life-oriented, interpersonal relationships and so on. It has a very positive guiding effect on the psychologically adaptive education while the freshmen enter the school.
