中医体质量表30条目简短版的制定与评价

摘　　要：目的简化41条目中医体质量表,并对其性能进行评价,使其更适用于干预效果评价。方法结合专家意见,采用变异度法、条-总相关系数法、克朗巴赫α系数法、因子分析法和临界比率法筛选条目,形成简短版量表。再纳入受试者进行体质干预,以评价简化后量表的反应度、信度和效度。结果简化后的中医体质量表包含30个条目。该量表的标准反应均数(SRM)和效应量(ES)绝对值范围为0.21~0.58和0.15~0.40,与41条目中医体质量表相近;克朗巴赫α系数为0.51~0.75,内部一致性较好;提取的8个因子显示该量表的结构效度较好;可以较好地区分不同受试者。结论中医体质量表简化为30条目,性能评价良好,利于体质干预效果的评价及填写效率的提高。Objective To simplify the 41-item Chinese Medical Constitution Questionnaire and evaluate its performance to make it more suitable for intervention evaluation. Methods Combining expert opinions,the variability method,the total correlation coefficient method,the Cronbach α coefficient method,the factor analysis method and the critical ratio method were used to screen the items to form a short version scale. Subjects were then included in the constitution intervention to evaluate the responsiveness,reliability,and validity of the simplified scale. Results The simplified Chinese Medical Constitution Questionnaire contained 30 items. The standard response mean（ SRM）and effect size（ ES） absolute values of the scale ranged respectively from 0. 21 to 0. 58 and 0. 15 to 0. 40,which were similar to the 41-item Chinese medical constitution questionnaire. The Cronbach α coefficient was 0. 51 to 0. 75 with good internal consistency. The extracted 8 factors showed that the scale had good structural validity,and it could better distinguish between different constitution subjects and subjects before and after intervention. Conclusion The Chinese Medical Constitution Qquestionnaire is simplified to 30 items,and the performance evaluation is good,which is beneficial to the evaluation of the effect of physical intervention and the improvement of filling efficiency.
