口腔炎喷雾剂联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗溃疡性口腔炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察口腔炎喷雾剂联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗溃疡性口腔炎的效果。方法选择2017年2月—2017年11月我院门诊接收的62例溃疡性口腔炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和联合组各31例,对照组给予口腔炎喷雾剂治疗,联合组在对照组基础上给予小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗。观察2组患儿临床治疗效果,痊愈时间,并发症发生率以及满意度。结果联合组临床有效率、和满意率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组痊愈时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有讨论价值。结论口腔炎喷雾剂联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗溃疡性口腔炎,可明显提高临床治疗效果,缩短痊愈时间,同时可降低患儿并发症发生率,用药安全性较高。Objective To observe the effect of Kouqiangyan spray combined with Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granule in the treatment of ulcerative stomatitis. Methods 62 cases of ulcerative stomatitis patients in our hospital from February 2017 November 2017 were as the research objects and were randomly divided into control group and combined group with 31 cases in each group. The control group was given stomatitis spray,and the treatment group was given Xiaoee Chiqiao Qingre granule on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect,recovery time,incidence of complications and satisfaction were observed in the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate and satisfaction rate in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）,the recovery time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）,and the difference was of discussion value. Conclusion The Kouqiangyan spray combined with Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granule in the treatment of ulcerative stomatitis can significantly improve the clinical effect,shorten recovery time,can reduce the incidence of complications,and has high safety.
