摘 要:为考察学校教学培养的效果及了解毕业生对母校的需求,本研究对安徽省各地2994名工作不满4年的学前教育专业毕业生和安徽省8398名来自19所大、中专院校的学前教育专业在校生进行调查,结果显示对于同样类型的课程,毕业生的满意度显著高于在校生,在校生中高年级学生的满意度显著高于中、低年级学生;无论是毕业生还是在校生对学校课程的满意度都是大专院校学生显著高于中职学校学生;对于学校培养对自身专业素养的促进作用,毕业生认可度很高,在校生认可度较低;毕业生认为自身最欠缺教育科研能力和自然科学知识;毕业生希望母校继续提供帮助和指导的愿望非常强烈。学校应重视来自毕业生的反馈,努力建立多校联合的职前职后一体化、多维度的教育服务平台。In order to analyze the effect of school teaching and training and to understand the needs of graduates to alma mater, 2994 graduates in preschool education major with less than 4 years of working experience and 8398 students from 19 colleges and technical secondary schools in Anhui province were investigated, to carry out a comparative study. The results show that: (1)for the same type of courses, the satisfaction degree of graduates is significantly higher than that of students in school, while the satis- faction degree of students in high grade in school is significantly higher than that in middle and lower grades; (2)whether graduates or students, for the satisfaction of the school curriculum college students are significantly higher than the secondary vocational school students; (3)the degree of recognition of graduates is very high, but the degree of recognition of students is low;(4)graduates think that they lack the ability of education and scientific research, natural science literacy and professional theory literacy most; (5) graduates hope alma mater to provide further help and guidance strongly. It is suggested that more atten- tion should be paid to the feedback information from graduates, and a multi-dimensional education service platform should be set up for pre-service and post-service integration.
