摘 要:通过对我国8省(市)49家科技型中小企业调查数据的实证分析,研究两类TMT断裂带对企业创新绩效的影响。研究结果表明,TMT任务相关断裂带与创新绩效存在显著的正相关关系,TMT社会分类断裂带与创新绩效存在显著的负相关关系,团队信息深化在其中的中介作用显著。CEO权力能显著调节TMT社会分类断裂带对团队信息深化的负向影响,而在TMT任务相关断裂带对团队信息深化正向影响中调节作用不显著。Through the empirical analysis of survey data of 49 small and medium-sized enterprises in 8 provinces and cities, this paper studies the impact of two types of TMT faultlines on innovation performance of enterprises. The results show that there is a positive correlation between TMT task-related faultlines and innovation performance, and there is a negative correlation between TMT social classification faultlines and innovation performance. The mediating effect of utilization of information in team is significant in this process. CEO power can significantly moderate the negative impact of TMT social classification faultlines on utilization of information in team while it contributes little to the positive correlation between TMT task-related faultlines and utilization of information in team.
