摘　　要：围绕共享业务探讨了如何提升集团公司的管控能力,如何优化IT业务流程,并提出了相关建议。共享公司应不断开展专题分析并采取优化措施,提高共享业务的运行效率,增强各业务的协同性,充分发挥IT共享服务的支持保障作用,实现集团整体价值最大化。Around the sharing business, this paper discussed how to improve the management and control capabilities of the group company, how to optimize the IT business process, and put forward relevant suggestions. The sharing company should continuously carry out thematic analysis and take optimization measures to improve the operational efficiency of the shared business, enhance the synergy of each business, give full play to the support and guarantee role of the IT sharing service, and maximize the overall value of the group.
