信息化项目管理在供水企业中的应用

摘　　要：随着市场竞争的不断加剧,各个供水企业需要通过信息化项目管理的完善,与现阶段社会发展情况相适应。本文根据以往工作经验,对供水企业信息化项目管理中存在的问题进行总结,并从提升管理人员的管理意识、做好成本预算工作、对项目管理制度进行完善、制定合理的项目计划、有效降低项目风险五方面,论述了信息化项目管理在供水企业中的具体应用方法。With the increasing competition in the market, each water supply enterprise needs to be improved through the management of information project, and it is compatible with the current social development. Based on past work experience, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the management of information projects in water supply enterprises, and improves the management awareness of management personnel, do a good job of cost budgeting, improve the project management system, and formulate reasonable project plans and project risks. Effectively reduce the five aspects, and discuss the specific application methods of information project management in water supply enterprises.
