环乳晕切口和传统放射状切口治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床效果对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨环乳晕切口治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床效果,并与传统放射状切口术进行对比。方法随机选取该院于2014年1月—2017年12月收治的100例乳腺纤维瘤患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各50例,对照组行传统放射状切口术,研究组行环乳晕切口术,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、术中出血量、手术时长以及患者满意率。结果研究组治疗总有效率(90.00%)和患者满意率(84.00%)显著高于对照组(70.00%、42.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.25、18.92、P=0.012、0.000);研究组术中出血量(25.69±5.35)m L和手术时长(38.75±5.25)min显著少于对照组[(37.76±6.62)m L、(50.52±6.20)min],差异有统计学意义(t=4.95、6.27、P=0.029、0.021)。结论环乳晕切口治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床效果相比传统放射状切口更佳,患者满意度更高,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of circular areola incision in the treatment of breast fibroma andcompare it with traditional radial incision. Methods 100 patients with breast fibroma who were randomly treated in the hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were selected as study subjects. Randomized digital table was used to divide thestudy group, 50 cases in the control group and were treated with traditional radial incision. The study group underwent circumferential areola incision and compared the total effective rate of treatment, intraoperative blood loss, length of operation,and patient satisfaction rate between the two groups. Results The total effective rate （90.00%） and patient satisfaction rate（84.00%） in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group （70.00%, 42.00%）,the difference wasstatistically significant （X^2=6.25, 18.92,P=0.012, 0.000）; The intraoperative blood loss （25.69±5.35） mL and operation duration （38.75±5.25） min in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group [（37.76±6.62）mL, （50.52±6.20）min], the difference was statistically significant（t=4.95, 6.27; P=0.029,0.021）. Conclusion The clinical effect of circular areola incision for breast fibroids is better than that of traditional radial incision, and the patient satisfaction is higher. Itis worthy of clinical application.
