摘 要:三阴型乳腺癌(triple negative breast cancer,TNBC)为恶性程度最高、临床预后最差的乳腺癌亚型之一。其高侵袭转移能力是导致TNBC复发转移,改变患者临床预后的关键。基于人类基因组计划的完成,目前已认识到基因组水平并不能完全揭露TNBC肿瘤细胞各通路的作用机制。蛋白质组学作为新兴的研究手段,可以进行高通量筛选差异性表达蛋白质,完成相关肿瘤细胞恶性行为的功能学研究,探索TNBC高侵袭转移机制,为TNBC的临床诊疗研究提供了技术支持。该文旨在概述蛋白质组学在TNBC侵袭转移机制研究中的应用以及目前所取得的进展。Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is one of the most malignant breast cancer subtypes. Its high invasion andmetastasis capacity is the key to the recurrence and metastasis of TNBC, which changes the clinical prognosis of patients.Based on the completion of the Human Genome Project, it has now been recognized that the genome level does not fully reveal the mechanism of action of TNBC tumor cell pathways. As an emerging research method, proteomics can perform high-throughput screening for differentially expressed proteins, complete the functional study of malignant behavior of related tumor cells, and explore the mechanism of high invasion and metastasis of TNBC, providing technical support for the clinicaldiagnosis and treatment of TNBC. This article aims to outline the application of proteomics in the study of the invasion andmetastasis mechanism of TNBC and the current progress.
