摘　　要：采用顶空-气相色谱法测定食品包装膜袋中的溶剂残留量,建立了两种线性回归方程的计算方法,并与GB/T 10004标准的计算公式进行比较。结果表明,以进入到顶空瓶内总的标样质量为x轴,峰面积为y轴而建立的计算方法,影响参数较少,结果误差小于上述标准方法,可进一步推广应用。Head-space gas chromatography （HS-GC） was used to develop the method for determination of organic residues in food packagings, formulated the calculating method of two kinds of linear equations, compared with the calculation formula of GB/T 10004 .The results showed that, the calculation method established with the total mass of the standard sample entering the head-space bottle as the x-axis and the peak area as the y-axis has less influence parameters and the resulting error is smaller than the above standard method, consequently can be further promoted and applied.
