摘  要:目的:观察针药对脑缺血再灌注大鼠海马CA1区神经元的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法:随机将健康成年的SD大鼠进行分组,10只为一组,共5组,分别为正常对照组、模型组、电针组、药物组和针药混合组。用夹闭双侧颈总动脉的方法构建脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型。电针组在"百会"和"神庭"两个穴位给予电针治疗,药物组采用补气化瘀药物进行灌胃治疗,针药混合组利用电针和补气化瘀药物相结合的联合疗法。用药结束后,观察并分析各组大鼠海马神经元的形态学改变及海马神经元凋亡率的变化。结果:针药混合组可有效保护海马神经元的正常形态结构和数量,抑制海马神经凋亡,具有保护脑缺血再灌注大鼠海马CA1区神经元的作用。Objective: To observe the efcacy of acupuncture plus medicine on neurons in hippocampal CA1 of rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion and the mechanism. Methods: The healthy adult SD rats were divided into the normal control group, model group, electro-acupuncture group, medicine group and combination group, 10 rats in each group. Rat model of cerebullar ischemia-reperfusion was established by bilateral carotid artery clamping. The electro-acupuncture group was treated by electro-acupuncture at the Baihui (百会) acupoint and the Shenting (神庭) acupoint. The medicine group was treated with Buqi Huayu (补气化瘀) medicine. The combination group was treated by electro-acupuncture and Buqi Huayu medicine. The morphological changes of hippocampal neurons and the apoptosis rate of hippocampal neurons of rats were observed and analyzed. Results: The electro-acupuncture and medicine can effectively protect the hippocampal CA1 neurons keeping in normal structure and number, inhibit apoptosis, and protect neurons in hippocampus CA1 area in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.
