健脾活血利水汤治疗乙肝肝硬化腹水的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:针对乙肝肝硬化腹水患者选择健脾活血利水汤治疗后探讨患者的临床疗效。方法:本次研究共计纳入病例42例(本组患者均在我院2015年12月-2017年12月所接诊病例中随机抽选而来),结合随机抽选的方式,于组内取21例,单按照西医基础治疗方案,即对照组,余下患者则使用选择西医基础治疗联合健脾活血利水汤展开治疗,即观察组。就治疗后效果进行分析。结果:治疗后观察组各指标均存在显著优势,P <0.05。结论:针对乙肝肝硬化腹水患者,在西药治疗的基础上选择健脾活血利水汤进行治疗,临床效果显著,安全性高,值得推广。Objective： To observe clinical efects of the Jianpi Huoxue Lishui decoction （ 健脾活血利水汤 ） on ascites due to cirrhosis of hepatitis B. Methods： In our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017, 42 patients with cirrhosis of hepatitis B were randomly selected as experimental objects. 42 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with the foundation Western medicine, and the observation group was treated with the Jianpi Huoxue Lishui decoction more. Clinical efects between two groups were compared. Results： The clinical indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Western medicine plus the Jianpi Huoxue Lishui decoction on ascites due to cirrhosis of hepatitis B was efective, safe and worthy of promotion.
