摘 要:耳鼻咽喉科是目前医患关系激化表现的重灾区,其中病结引人深思。实际上,耳鼻咽喉科本身就具有一定的特殊性,而医患之间存在着认知、心理上的多层错位,加上社会舆论对矛盾的催化,医患之间的博弈不断推陈出新。但另一方面,医患关系已在向新的相处模式不断转变,这就为解决医患矛盾提供了新的机遇,同时该学科自身的蓬勃发展也是目前医患矛盾的重要调和剂。本文将借耳鼻咽喉科的案例对医患关系的病结进行探讨,进而提出相关的解决策略,望能对临床工作有所裨益。In recent years,otorhinolaryngology department has become a severely afflicted area by doctor-patient conflict, which is worth pondering. In fact, on the one hand, otorhinolaryngology department has its particularity, and there are multiple cognitive and psychological dislocations between doctors and patients. Additionally, public opinion has intensified doctor-patient conflict. The situation between doctors and patients is developing and changing. On the other hand, doctor-patient relationship is transferring to new pattern, which providing new opportunity for soloving conflicts between doctors and patients. In the meantime, the growth of otorhinolaryngology can also comfort and resolve the contradiction between doctors and patients. Accordingly, this article analyzes the reason and incident of doctor-patient relationship and put forward some countermeasures for future clinical practice.
