摘　　要：汽车保险杠是汽车吸收缓和外界冲击力,防护车身前部及乘员安全功能的的安全装置,位于驾驶室下部,其质量直接影响汽车安全性及顾客满意度。文中以售后市场反馈的H3000工程汽车保险杠锈蚀问题为研究对象,分析产生锈蚀的原因,提出相应的改进措施,并对改进措施的有效性进行了验证。Automobile bumper is a safety device that absorbs external impact and protects the front of the body and the safety function of the occupant. In this paper, the rust problem of H3000 engineering automobile bumper is taken as the research object, the causes of rust are analyzed, the corresponding improvement measures are proposed, and the effectiveness of the improvement measures is verified.
