摘  要:目的观察黄芩苷对SD大鼠放射性肺损伤的防护作用。方法将144只SD大鼠随机分为正常组,单纯照射组(模型组),地塞米松激素组,黄芩苷大、中、小剂量(50、100、200 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))组,每组24只。采用6MV-X线单次20 Gy右全肺照射,建立大鼠肺损伤实验模型。照射后第2、4、8、12周取大鼠血清采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α),白细胞介素-1(IL-1)和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)浓度。结果与模型组比较,中、大剂量黄芩苷照射组可显著降低放射性肺损伤的程度,并有抑制TNF-α,IL-1β,TGF-β1表达的作用(P<0.05)。结论黄芩苷可以降低放疗后大鼠TNF-α、TGF-β1和IL-1的水平,对放射性肺损伤具有一定的防治作用。Objective To observe the protective effect of baicalin on the radiation lung injury of SD rats. Methods 144 SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group,radiation group(model group),dexamethasone group,low-dose(50 mg·kg^-1 ·d^-1),medium-dose(100 mg·kg^-1 ·d^-1),and high-dose(200 mg·kg^-1 ·d^-1) baicalin + radiation group,each with 24 case.The models of RILI in SD rats were established by irradiating right whole chest with a single dose of 20 Gy using 6MV X-ray therapeutic machine.Rats were sacrificed from the 6 groups at week 2,4,8 and 12 post-irradiation,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1(IL-1)and transforming growth factor(TGF-β1) in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Compared with the model group,the level of radiation lung injury can be significantly reduced in the middle and large dose baicalin irradiation group,and the effect of inhibiting TNF-a,IL-1,and TGF-β1 expression( P〈0.05). Conclusion Baicalin can reduce the level of TNF-a,TGF-β1and IL-1 in rats after radiotherapy,and has certain preventive and therapeutic effects on radiation lung injury.
