摘  要:目的观察还原型谷胱甘肽联合鼠神经生长因子预防长春新碱神经毒性的临床疗效。方法将108例弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者随机分成两组,试验组54例,化疗第1~7 d加用还原型谷胱甘肽与鼠神经生长因子联合。对照组54例,单采用化疗。两组均采用CHOP/R-CHOP方案化疗。观察患者神经毒性情况。结果试验组54例,发生神经毒性1级10例,2级5例,3级3例,4级0例,总发生率约为33. 33%。对照组54例,发生神经毒性1级13例,2级10例,3级7例,4级1例,总发生率约为57. 41%。两组具有显著性差异(P <0. 05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽联合鼠神经生长因子预防长春新碱毒性神经,疗效较好,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the glutathione(GSH) combined with rat nerve growth factor in preventing the neurotoxicity of vincristine. Methods 108 patients who were diagnosed to be diffuse large B cell lymphoma were randomly divided into 2 groups,the experimental group(54 cases),glutathione combined with mouse nerve growth factor used for the 1~7 d when chemotherapy.The control group(54 cases)were treated with chemotherapy alone.CHOP/R-CHOP was used for chemotherapy in both groups.The occurrence rate and classification of neurotoxicity of patients were observed. Results In the experimental group,10 cases of grade 1 neurotoxicity,5 cases of grade 2,3 cases of grade 3,0 case of grade 4,and the total incidence rate was 33.33%.In the control group,13 cases of grade 1 neurotoxicity,10 cases of grade 2,7 cases of grade 3,and 1 case of grade 2,with a total incidence of about 57.41%.There were significant differences between the 2 groups( P〈0.05). Conclusion Glutathione combined with rat nerve growth factor is good for the prevention of vincristine,and it is worthy of clinical application.
