摘  要:目的探讨网纹甜瓜汁对游泳小鼠抗运动性疲劳的作用。方法选用雄性昆明小鼠50只,根据体质量随机分为五组:正常组、游泳对照组、瓜汁四倍稀释组、瓜汁二倍稀释组、瓜汁原液组。各组小鼠均喂AIN-93M合成饲料,瓜汁各组灌相应的瓜汁0.5ml/(只·次),正常组和对照组灌胃等量的生理盐水,每天上下午各一次。喂养2周后,进行游泳实验,记录小鼠的游泳力竭时间,然后处死所有小鼠,测定其血乳酸(Lac)、血清尿素氮(NPN)、游离脂肪酸(NEFA)含量。结果小鼠力竭游泳时间上,与游泳对照组小鼠相比,瓜汁原液组小鼠游泳力竭时间明显延长(P<0.05);生化指标上,与正常组相比,游泳各组Lac、NPN和NEFA含量明显增加(P<0.05);与对照组相比,瓜汁二倍稀释组和原液组小鼠游泳后Lac和NPN都有明显下降(P<0.05)。结论网纹甜瓜可能具有一定的缓解小鼠运动性疲劳的作用。Objective To investigate the influence of muskmelon juice on the antifatigue effects in swimming mice.Methods Fifty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups: normal control,swimming control and three muskmelon juice groups( quadruple-diluted,double-diluted and stock juice). All the mice were fed with a basic AIN-93M diet,and the mice in the three muskmelon juice groups were treated by intragastric administration twice daily with quadruple-diluted solution,double-diluted solution and stock liquid of muskmelon juice respectively,and the mice in normal and swimming control group with distilled water. Two weeks later,the mice were forced to swim,and the weight-loaded swimming time was determined before all the mice were executed. The samples of blood,livers and muscles of these mice were collected. The serum contents of lactate,nonprotein nitrogen and free fatty acids were measured. Results Compared with the swimming control,the weight-loaded swimming time of the muskmelon stock juice group was obviously improved. Compared with normal control,the serum content of lactate and free fatty acids was significantly improved in the other four groups. Compared with the swimming control,the serum contents of lactate and nonprotein nitrogen were obviously reduced in the muskmelon juice double-diluted and stock group. Conclusion Muskmelon juice can improve the antifatigue effects in swimming mice.
