摘 要:氨基酸发酵企业废水主要包括提取氨基酸后产生的废水(高浓废水)、浓缩冷凝水、糖化废水(中浓废水)、设备清洗水(低浓废水)、锅炉反渗透排污水、循环冷却排污水等生产废水以及生活污水等.在清洁生产水平分析的基础上,总结了氨基酸发酵企业废水的分类处理概况.结合前人的研究成果和企业实际,综合各项试验研究成果,根据高、中、低浓度废水的成分,有针对性地采取相应的处理措施,高浓度废水综合利用,中、低浓度废水采用改良的IC反应器及ASND技术,既提高了资源的利用率,又降低了污染物排放,产生了较好的经济、社会和环境效益.The wastewater of amino produced from extraction of amino a acid fermentation enterprise mainly includes the wastewater cids, saccharification, cleaning, reverse osmosis, circulating cooling and domestic sewage. Based on the analysis of cleaner production level, the classification and treatment of wastewater from amino acid fermentation enterprises were summarized. Combined with the previous research results, enterprise practice, and the comprehensive experimental research results, the corresponding treatment measures are employed according to the composition of high, medium and low concentration wastewater. By comprehensive use of high concentration wastewater, improved IC reactor and ASND technology, the increase of resources utilization and reduction of pollutants were obtained.
