摘 要:异型石材曲线锯切加工能够获得较高的切削线速度和切削效率,但其锯切参数的选定以及锯片尺寸导致过切的问题,需要新的运动控制算法来实现复杂曲线、曲面的锯切加工。本文从曲线锯切加工的坐标转换开始分析,以刀轴矢量规划算法为基础,在理论上研究不同刀具位姿下的运动控制算法,对加工图元为曲线下的各种情况进行详尽研究,提出了一种基于刀轴矢量规划算法的异型曲线锯切工艺算法。在满足刀具最优姿态的条件下,建立刀轴矢量加工效率同锯切方式、石材种类和刀轴光顺等影响因素之间的联系。经由曲线锯切加工工艺体系仿真功效对该算法的正确性进行了验证,现实加工评释该算法可以在异型石材曲线加工精度方面满足需求,提高了曲线加工效率,下降了曲线加工成本。Shaped stone jig sawing can achieve high cutting line speed and cutting efficiency, but the selection of sawing parameters and the size of the saw blade lead to overcutting problems. This paper starts from the coordinate transformation of jig saw machining, based on the tool axis vector programming algorithm, theoretically studies the motion control algorithm under different tool poses, and conducts detailed research on the various conditions under the curve. An algorithm for profiled curve sawing based on tool axis vector programming algorithm is proposed. Under the condition of satisfying the optimal attitude of the tool, the relationship between the machining efficiency of the tool axis vector and the influencing factors such as sawing mode, stone type and smoothness of the tool axis is established. The algorithm correctness is verified by the simulation function of the curve process. The actual machining shows that the algorithm can meet the processing requirements of the profiled stone curve, improve the processing efficiency and reduce the processing cost.
