摘　　要：高校学生公寓管理既是我国高校后勤管理工作的重点之一,又是高等教育改革的一项重要任务。通过对国内外高校学生公寓的管理模式分析,从中总结经验,提出了构建物业服务公司、学生、高校"三位一体"全方位的立体学生公寓管理新体系,期望为高校的学生公寓管理模式提供参考。College student apartment management is not only one of the key tasks in the logistics management of colleges and universities, but also an important task in the reform of education. Through analyzing the student apartment management mode at home and abroad, combining the university apartment management model, to sum up experience, put forward building property services company, students, colleges and universities ＂the trinity＂ the omni-directional three-dimensional new student apartment management system. It is expected to provide reference for the management mode of student apartment in colleges and universities.
