摘　　要：教师是保证学校办学水平、提高教学质量的关键,是学校力量的主体,教师教学能力是制约高等教育改革和发展的主要瓶颈之一。本文在阐述加强高校青年教师教学能力提升的重要意义的基础上,构建了长春理工大学教师教学发展培养体系,及近几年学校教师教学发展取得的初步成效。Teachers are the key to guarantee the school running level and improve the teaching quality. It is the main body of the school＇s power,and the teacher＇s teaching ability is one of the main bottlenecks restricting the reform and development of education. This article on strengthen the promotion of young university teachers＇ teaching abilities, on the basis of the importance of cultivating the changchun university of science and technology teachers＇ teaching development system,and preliminary achievements of the school teachers teaching development in recent years.
