民法典背景下商法学课程体系改革研究

摘　　要：民法典时代,我国原有商法学课程体系受到立法上民商合一的挑战,我国高校的商法学课程体系设置与教学应适应《民法典》需要。本文从现有商法学课程体系出发,探讨在我国民法典背景下高校法学本科专业商法学课程体系的构建。Our course system of commercial law is challenged by the legislative idea of unification of civil and commercial law under the background of civil code.The course system setting of commercial law should meet the demand of civil law.We will discuss the course system setting of commercial law on the basis of the present course system of commercial law.
