摘　　要：社会经济环境的变化,使得大学生的思想状况变化较快,而思想状况的变化又是大学生其他各方面问题的根源,所以正确的思想引导非常重要。大学期间,班主任的思想教育工作对学生今后的发展起着很重要的作用。本文就大学班主任如何开展思想教育浅谈一些个人认识。The change of social economic environment,can make the college students＇ state of mind changequickly,and the change of the thought condition is other college students various aspects the root of the problem,so thecorrect ideological guidance is very important. During the university,the head teacher＇s thought education work plays animportant role in the future development of the students. This article discusses how to carry out the idea education todiscuss some personal knowledge.
