摘　　要：健康的心理是学生全面成长成才的重要标志,而辅导员则是心理健康工作的骨干力量,可以说,健康的心理需要辅导员这支队伍的有力补充。在实践工作中,辅导员需要注重挖掘隐性心理健康教育的内涵,拓展隐性心理健康教育的平台,优化学生思想教育的方法,促进学生的健康成长。Healthy psychology is an important symbol of students＇ all-round growth and success. Collegecounselors are the key factors of psychological health work,which needs a strong complement of college counselorsteam. College counselors pay attention to mining the connotation of implicit psychological education,expand theplatforms of implicit psychological education,optimize the methods of students＇ ideological education,and promote thehealthy growth of students.
