摘　　要：在卓越院校建设背景下,高校辅导员工作的质量和状态,不仅影响学校思想政治工作的开展,也会间接影响高校教学和服务工作的推进。职业倦怠已经成为高校辅导员身心健康和工作效率的重要因素。基于湖南多所专科院校在职辅导员的抽样调查,进行数据分析和实证检验,本文分析了影响高校辅导员职业倦怠的因素,主要是工作强度大,工作环境紧张,学生对辅导员的尊重程度低,以及学校对思想政治工作缺乏认识,导致高校辅导员社会地位较低,缺乏职业和自我认同感。并根据以上原因,提出基于积极心理学的应对策略。Under the background of outstanding construction of colleges and universities,the quality of the collegecounselors work and status,not only influence the development of the ideological and political work,the school will alsoindirectly affect the teaching and service. Job burnout has become an important factor in the physical and mental healthand work efficiency of college counselors. Based on the Hunan college part-time instructors do more sampling,dataanalysis and empirical test,analysis of the influencing factors of job burnout of university counselors,mainly workingstrength is big,the work environment stress,low degree of respect for the instructors,students and school ideological andpolitical work isa lack of understanding,leading to a lower social status of university counselors,lack of professional andidentity. Based on the above reasons,we proposea strategy based on positive psychology.
