玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普联合激光光凝治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普联合激光光凝治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法随机选取该院2015年1月—2017年2月接收的45例视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者为该次实验研究对象,按照是否给予玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普联合激光光凝治疗将所有患者均分为实验组与对照组,对照组25例患者给予单纯激光光凝治疗,实验组20例患者给予玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普联合激光光凝治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗6个月后最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑中心视网膜厚度(CMT)分别为(1.098±0.265)、(236.54±132.51)μm,均明显优于对照组(t=3.845、2.415,P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗6个月后临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(90.0%vs 70.0%)(χ~2=5.761,P<0.05)。结论视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者给予玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普联合激光光凝治疗可有效纠正个体视力,改善患者症状。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intravitreal injection of Composcide combined with laser photocoagulation for central retinal vein occlusion. Methods 45 patients with central retinal vein occlusion received from the hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were randomly selected. All patients were treated with intravitreal injection of Composcide combined with laser photocoagulation. They were divided into experimental group and control group. 25 patients in the control group were treated with laser photocoagulation alone. In the experimental group, 20 patients were treated with intravitreal injection of Composcide combined with laser photocoagulation to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Results The best corrected visual acuity （BCVA） and central macular retinal thickness （CMT） of the experimental group were（1.098±0.265） and （236.54±132.51）μm, respectively, which were significantly better than the control group（t=3.845,2.415,P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group （90.0% vs 70.0%）（χ^2=5.761, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intravitreal injection of Compaqip combined with laser photocoagulation can effectively correct individual vision and improve patient symptoms.
