阿立哌唑与喹硫平治疗精神分裂症的有效性与安全性

摘　　要：目的探究阿立哌唑与喹硫平治疗精神分裂症的有效性与安全性。方法随机抽取2015年5月—2017年7月期间在该院住院治疗的74例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,将其分为两组,对照组和观察组各37例。在对照组患者中,采用喹硫平药物进行治疗;在观察组患者中,使用阿立哌唑药物进行治疗。然后对比分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果对照组的总有效率(91.89%)与观察组(94.59%)相比,其差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.383,P>0.05);在治疗中,对照组的不良反应发生率(56.76%)高于观察组患者(37.84%),组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.286,P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑和喹硫平在精神分裂症治疗中皆具有良好的临床效果,但在不良反应上,阿立哌唑药物的安全性较大,在治疗过程中能够减少不良反应发生率,在临床上值得推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole and quetiapine in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 74 patients with schizophrenia who were hospitalized in the hospital from May 2015 to July 2017 were randomly selected as the study subjects. They were divided into two groups, control group and observation group each with 37 cases. In the control group, quetiapine was used for treatment; in the observation group, aripiprazole was used for treatment. Then compare the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rate of the two groups of patients after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the control group （91.89%） was not significantly different from that in the observation group （94.59%） （χ2=0.383, P〉0.05）; in the treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group （56.76%） was higher than the observation group （37.84%）, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant （χ2=11.286, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Aripiprazole and quetiapine have good clinical effects in the treatment of schizophrenia, but aripiprazole is safer in adverse reactions and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment. It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
