升阳举托汤配合针灸治疗眼肌型重症肌无力的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨眼肌型重症肌无力联合采用升阳举托汤与针灸进行治疗的临床效果。方法以2016年1月—2017年12月该院收治的144例眼肌型重症肌无力患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法不同分为实验组(升阳举托汤联合针灸,72例)和对照组(聚乙烯醇滴眼液,72例),对比观察两组治疗前后中医症候积分改善情况,评价两组疗效。结果实验组治疗后中医症候积分(4.7±2.5)分,均低于该组治疗前(12.7±3.1)分和对照组治疗后(10.8±3.6)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.731,P<0.05;t=5.344,P<0.05)。经治疗,实验组临床治愈14例,显效26例,有效18例,治疗总有效率(81.94%)高于对照组(37.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.672,P<0.05)。结论升阳举托汤联合针灸治疗眼肌型重症肌无力临床疗效优于常规西医治疗,可较好的改善患者临床症状,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ocular muscle type myasthenia gravis combined with Shengyangutuo Decoction and acupuncture. Methods A total of 144 patients with ocular myasthenia gravis who were treated in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were divided into experimental group （Shengyang Jutuo Decoction combined with acupuncture and 72 cases） and control group according to different treatment methods （polyvinyl alcohol eye drops, 72 cases）, compared the two groups before and after treatment to improve symptoms of TCM symptoms, evaluate the efficacy of the two groups. Results The scores of TCM symptom scores in the experimental group after treatment were （4.7±2.5） points, which were both lower than （12.7±3.1）points before treatment and （10.8±3.6） points after treatment in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （t=6.731, P〈0.05; t=5.344, P〈0.05）. After treatment, the experimental group was cured in 14 cases, markedly effective in 26 cases, effective in 18 cases, and the total effective rate （81.94%） was higher than in the control group （37.50%）. The difference was statistically significant （χ^2=11.672, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shengyang Jutuo Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of ocular myasthenia gravis is superior to conventional western medicine in the treatment of ocular muscle myasthenia gravis. It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and is worthy of promotion.
