青海省高职教育国际化影响因素SWOT分析及发展路径探讨

摘　　要：国际化对青海省高职教育既是机遇又是挑战。本文列出了7项影响青海省高职教育国际化的内部现状要素和6项外部环境要素,将这些要素归纳为优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,从要素的矩阵组合中筛选出四种倡议组合。适合目前青海省高职教育国际化倡议是着力提高自身素质,利用好国家扶持政策,发挥办学历史久、专业课程独具特色的优势。经过分析,发展路径是确立发展规划,积极争取项目,以实施项目为主线,带动其它工作,促进整个国际化发展。Internationalization is both opportunities and challenge for higher education in Qinghai province. In this paper, 7 internal and 6 external factors for internationalization of higher education in Qinghai have been listed. The factors have been concluded as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. 4 strategic combination of the concluded factors have been put up. It is suggested that strategy of internationalization for higher vocational education in Qinghai be to improve inward quality of the colleges and to take advantage of national relative policies, long history of colleges and unique course programs. It is concluded that pathway for internationalization be to plan development, to actively apply and to implement for international projects and to promote the teaching and overall development of colleges.
