摘 要:铁路集装箱班列作为货运优势产品,与公路、水路和航空货运相比,存在定价缺乏主动权、不能快速响应市场变化等问题,制约班列的市场竞争力。实行市场化、标准化的定价策略,有利于保持铁路货源增长、提升经营效益。在分析货物快运市场竞争情况和国内外货物运价形式的基础上,采用服务型产品的定价方法,运用双层规划模型,构建公路竞争条件下的集装箱班列定价方法。结合班列的实际数据,验证定价模型对提升运输效益的作用,可以为铁路集装箱班列运价调整提供一定程度的决策依据。Despite their competitive edge, container block trains cannot respond to market changes in a timely manner due to a lack of pricing power which other competitors on road, water and air has long enjoyed. And this has greatly hampered their market competitiveness. A market-oriented pricing strategy, which improves operational efficiency, will contribute to the steady growth of the business. This paper, with an analysis of the freight market and pricing strategies home and abroad, proposes the pricing method in line with that of service products. Based on the Bilevel programming model, the new approach highlights the competition with road transporters. Real data of block trains are applied to verify the effectiveness of the new model. The paper conclusion that the new method is helpful in improving the efficiency of the business is expected to serve as reference points for decision makers.
