摘 要:文章设计出基于二波耦合理论的实验图,研究了473nm、532nm、671nm三种光源照射下,铈铁掺杂LiNbO_3晶体与纯LiNbO_3晶体衍射效率及响应时间的变化情况。实验发现用532nm绿光做光源时,晶体的衍射效率最高,响应时间最短。An experimental diagram based on the theory of two wave coupling is designed. The diffraction efficiency and response time of cerium iron doped LiNbO3 crystal and pure LiNbO3 crystal are studied under the irradiation of 473 nm,532 nm,671 nm and three light sources. It is found that the diffraction efficiency of crystal is the highest and the response time is shortest when 532 nm green light is used as the light source.
