摘　　要：近年来随着我国各大高校迅速崛起,高校党建问题是我们面临的一个重大课题。确保党建工作的顺利开展是当前一项重要的工作。在此过程中也会遇到一些问题,例如党建发展不平衡、基础薄弱等。本篇文章主要从党建的背景、现状及存在的问题进行研究,提出几点重点探讨内容,并针对民办高校的党建问题提出了一些应对策略。In recent years,with the rapid rise of colleges and universities in China,the problem of Party building in Colleges and universities is a major issue for us.It is an important work to ensure the smooth development of the Party＇s construction work.In the process,some problems will also be encountered,such as the unbalance of the development of the Party＇s construction and the weakness of the foundation.This article mainly studies the background,current situation and existing problems of Party building,puts forward several key points,and puts forward some coping strategies for Party building in private universities.
