摘　　要：本文对发酵工艺学多媒体教学过程中图片和视频的收集和整理方法及其在多媒体中的使用技巧进行了详细的阐述,并对图片和视频在教学中的效果进行了分析总结,为今后的多媒体教学过程中提高教学效果提供了新的思路方法——注重细节教学。In this paper,we elaborate in detail collecting and sorting method for pictures and video and theirs use skills in multimedia techniques,and the teaching effect are analyzed and summarized in the process of multimedia teaching,which improve the teaching effect to provide new ideas-paying attention to details teaching.
